THE EZAGUI'S
Rabbi Levi and Tzivie Ezagui embarked on their life journey together in July 2014. They are a dynamic couple who have been involved in Jewish education and outreach all their lives. Levi and Tzivie are known for their warm and welcoming hospitality. Their many guests enjoy their passionate sharing of Judaism, friendly relaxed atmosphere and great food!
In the summer of 2016 the Ezagui’s moved to Palm Coast to establish a new Chabad Center to cater to the growing Jewish community. Chabad of Palm Coast offers a variety of adult and children’s educational programming including Jewish Women’s Circle, and their blossoming Hebrew school. They conduct Shabbat and holiday services and offer programs and meals at their synagogue and home. In addition, they offer a wide range of other Jewish services including officiating at weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and funerals; and visits to senior homes and centers, hospitals and prisons. The Ezagui’s have a full Jewish lending library and are delighted to host one-on-one or small group study sessions with all who have a question or subject they’d like to explore.
RABBI LEVI EZAGUI
Rabbi Levi was Born in Brooklyn New York and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, where his distinguished parents dedicated their lives to serving the local community. He studied in Yeshivot in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. In 2012 he received his rabbinical ordination through the West Coast Rabbinical Seminary in California, and has been a practicing rabbi since.
As a student Rabbi Levi directed Chabad programs and services in many parts of the globe, assisting Jewish communities in Australia, Ukraine, Lithuania, New York, Ormond Beach and Montreal. Rabbi Levi is harnessing this passion to fulfill his life’s mission; serving the wonderful Jewish community in Palm Coast.
TZIVIE EZAGUI
Tzivie grew up in Seattle, WA and is a daughter of Yosef and Frumi Marasow, dedicated community activists in Seattle. Her Grandfather Rabbi Levitin is chief Rabbi of the Pacific North West with over 30 centers under his direction in Washington alone. Following in their footsteps, Tzivie is passionate about education and outreach. She studied in Seattle, Milan Italy, and New York, focusing on early childhood education.
THEIR GOAL
Rabbi Levi, Tzivie and their five children Batsheva, Dov, Mendel, Dovid, and Miriam, are working to develop a warm and welcoming center to enhance Jewish life and pride for people of all ages and walks of life, with innovative and personalized programming full of meaningful, vibrant content.
